How verification levels work, what each badge means, and how providers can improve their standing.
Every provider on WorkMate goes through a manual verification process. Here is what each status means.
The provider has submitted their application but it has not been reviewed yet. They cannot receive quotes or appear in search results until approved.
The provider has been reviewed and approved by our admin team. They have submitted valid ID, proof of address, and relevant trade qualifications.
In addition to basic verification, the provider has passed identity document verification. This is shown as a separate badge on their profile.
Each provider has a compliance score (0–100) based on the completeness and validity of their documentation. Higher scores rank higher in search results.
